Small groups

What are small groups?

Small groups are –

* places to grow in our relationship with and responsiveness to Jesus
* people encouraging one another to mature in Christ
* people praising and praying to God
* places to love and serve God’s people in various ways

“The studies have been solid: I’ve appreciated their biblical content and the specific applications have been challenging.”

“It’s good to have a group of people to discuss the Bible with and to pray with.”

“The group goes deeper than normal weekly discussions. There is an honesty and friendship that you can’t always get over a Sunday morning tea.”

“I like meeting people from church in a less formal setting. The studies’ content is good, because it gives insight into what the Bible teaches that I couldn’t otherwise get.”

Some small groups meet in people’s homes in the evening, others at the church during the day, one or two meet over a meal. The links on the left will tell you more about a few of the groups. Please contact Graham Reid if you are interested in joining a group or want to know more.
